ISC’s highly qualified and certified technical staff can provide phone and on-site post-warranty technical support, hardware maintenance and repair services for many model numbers of Dell Tape Libraries. Our maintenance contracts and services will allow you to extend the useful life of your system and keep them running in good condition for many years even after the manufacturer End of Service Life date. Paying less for a maintenance contract and extending the life of your equipment will result in significant savings.
All parts used in our contracts are original and tested in our own lab and in the same system that you own under strict quality control procedures. Parts are placed in a forward stocking location close enough to the equipment site location in order to meet the different types of SLA (Service Level Agreement).
