ISC Group's Hitachi maintenance contracts and repair services will allow you to extend the useful life of your HDS storage devices and keep them running in good condition for many years after the Hitachi End of Service Life date.

With ISC’s post warranty support, not only will you will be paying up to 70% less for a maintenance contract, but you will also be extending the life of your Disk Array system, directly resulting in significant cost savings.

All parts used in our maintenance, and support contracts use the original OEM parts designed for your exact Hitachi product. Every replacement part, or storage device that leaves our warehouse has been tested in our own in-house lab, using the same storage array setup that your company uses.

By testing all replacement parts under strict quality control procedures, it ensures that the job gets done right the first time, minimizing, or fully negating any unnecessary costly storage equipment downtime.

We make sure that any spares kits, or replacement parts that we might need to properly perform maintenance and support of your storage device, are stored in a forward stocking location. This forward stocking location is chosen to be close enough to the site address that the covered Hitachi Storage hardware is located at. This ensures that we can meet any, and every type of SLA (Service Level Agreement) for your ISC Hitachi maintenance contract.
