The EMC / Dell Clariion CX3-20 Disk Array supports up to 120 disk drives (2 or 4-gigabit back-end) for a total capacity of up to 83TB in a 1U format. The CX-20 delivers a true end-to-end 4Gb architecture and offers 12 front-end Fibre Channel ports that can support up to six direct attached, highly available (HA) hosts. The Dell/EMC CX3-20 includes not only four Fibre Channel ports, but also eight iSCSI ports for connection to hosts via Ethernet, and support directly connected hosts or up to 128 HA (dual-connected) SAN connected hosts. The CX3-20 supports both Fibre Channel and SATA drives to meet unique application requirements.
For post-warranty peace of mind, ISC Group offers its proprietary remote monitoring software called ISC-CHS™. ISC-CHS Call Home Service monitors the health and proper function of your EMC Disk Array.
