The ISC technical team can provide hands-on or remote IT equipment training to Field Engineers on any equipment brand and model the company supports once a contract is awarded. The number of training hours varies depending on how much technical knowledge needs to be shared. We provide ISC training certificates when training is completed.

Hands-on data storage training takes place in lab in San Diego, CA. We suggest this type of training to Field Engineers on large enterprise and complex system where in-depth service knowledge is required.

Remote data storage training takes place via webinar and is a cost-effective alternative for field engineers who only need general technical knowledge of the equipment.
