In addition to market leading hardware support and 24×7 remote monitoring for HDS enterprise and modular storage arrays, ISC Group is now offering Hitachi data system software support. This addition provides you with annual contracts that include Hitachi data system software support and hardware support for your customers. Support is also available for HP/SUN equivalent arrays.

There are four different tiers of Hitachi data system software support available depending on the specific requirement of your customers. View the specific Hitachi software modules supported in each tier.

Service Level Agreements of 24x7x4, 9x5x4, and 9x5xNBD are available to align with current hardware support contract offerings.  ISC Group is committed to offering its customers a comprehensive solution for their data storage support needs.

ISC Group Announces New Unified multi-platform remote monitoring

The new ISC Call Home System ISC-CHS™  is a unified multi-platform remote monitoring application, which is available for all Hitachi (including HP and SUN equivalents), NetApp (including IBM N series), EMC and  Oracle (tape libraries). One single installation of our software in a networked environment will monitor systems of different brands and models.

ISC-CHS™ requires the installation of one license in one network windows base computer in order to monitor all devices in the same site, and network, under contract.

The new version of ISC-CHS™ comes with a self-installation program which can be e-mailed to a Field Engineer or End User.  A double click on this program will initiate  a self-installation macro, connect to the ISC SQL data base to download specific parameters of the unit serial number, initiating connectivity to the ISC remote monitoring servers.  The installation is done within seconds minimizing the installation time considerably and with minimum technical intervention.
