The ISC-CHS™ remote monitoring software installer is already pre-loaded with all of the customer’s systems information. The file needs to be renamed from ISC_CleintInstall.isc to ISC_CleintInstall.exe. Then the customer needs to double click on the file and it will self-install, connect to the units that need to be monitored, conduct its own testing and start monitoring
